| Ran across this on my Ranger forums... For being rolled on, the paint comes out looking damn good! Just takes some time and effort. I probably wouldn't want to do this to a daily though because I'm sure it's not AS tough as getting it done the "right" way. I'm not sure, haven't looked into this that much since I don't need a paintjob yet . http://rolledon.forummotion.com/ | |

| it's not a bad idea at all, especially if you use rustolem. The only kicker is you don't get much of a gloss or depth unless you do a lot of cut and buff afterwards. | |

| Yeah the gloss / depth seems to come from wetsanding between every two coats and buffing the hell out of it.. Guess it'd be a good way to build muscle too lol | |

| Normally you wouldn't have to go down to bare metal... Just smooth enough to not have any pits and scratched enough to give the primer something to hang onto.. bodywork would need to be the first thing to be done | |

| I wouldn't have the patience to do something like this. I'll just send mine to the body shop to get worked on. Yes, I'm lazy. | |

| That's what I'd do. I'm not gonna try and paint my own ride. Which I don't plan on leaving it that color anyway so yea. | |

| Im painting my beater as a pratice car. shouldnt be too hard to pull off. Its all in the prep work. Plus the final cut and buff determines the amount of shine that you will have | |
