1999 Mazda B2500

Repping the minitrucks in the area for now .

1999 Mazda B2500 SE with the 2.5L Lima engine mated to a 5spd transmission (M5OD). Nothing performance.. The exhaust just makes it sound like it has balls.

Interior:

• Explorer overhead console, fully wired to display temperature and direction.
  
• Explorer shorty center console, I can fit more cups in my truck than people now.
  
• Explorer bucket seats, they're manual, cloth, and shit, but soft as hell and better than my old ones.
  
• Explorer auto-dimming rear view mirror, only wired up the auto-dim electronics. I didn't want auto headlamps.
  
• Explorer dual-visors with vanity mirrors, the ground is messed up in the driver's side so I don't have lights on that side, but I don't plan on using the mirror anytime soon..
  
• Pioneer DEH11 HU with Infinity Reference 6822rf 6x8s in the doors, a 800W Visonik amp and JL Audio 10" subwoofer in a custom-built ported enclosure behind the seats.
  

Exterior:

• Debadged the tailgate, now I have the letters ghosted on the back.
  
• Flowmaster 40 exhaust with a turndown.
  

I get bored as hell with this truck pretty easily, even with all the shit I've done to it.. If I have it long enough, I'll get a hurst shifter, drop it 4/5 and maybe work on performance.. but that's hella long-term.

Clean truck. I like it. I'm not that into Mazdas but its nice. Soooo, you'll be pulling us out this winter if we get stuck in the snow? lol

Nick -- Yeah I hate sitting up so damn high... I lean my seat back and slouch a bit just to feel a bit lower.. lol

p.s that 4/5 isnt accurate..a 4/5 drop starts to tuck a 225/70 front tire up into the fender well!

Yeah i wasn't sure how to demonstrate the 4/5... I messed up that chop pretty big, i had a picture of my truck squatting 4 inches in the rear from mulch and i went off that... so i'd say that's more like a 3/4 or 4/4

Still good especially for a "quickie" I can't do crap when it comes to computers

Spent time doing my power wire right for my sub (ran it through the firewall this time rather than having it hang underneath the cab where it could catch something...), trying to fix my phantom wipers which failed, and finally doing the mudflap delete. It appears to sit higher without the mudflaps, but come time to lower it I won't be dragging flaps everywhere.. Plus, it's an excuse to get under my truck and wrench some extremely rusty bolts! (One of them actually snapped in half... so there's no turning back right now!

Oh yeah, and it's getting dropped 2/2 sometime next week.. I'll try to snap some before and afters

Get a ranger... the camber you can get from them is unbelievable

Plus, nothing tucks tires like a squarebody ranger! (Except a Bronco... those fuckers look like they're floating when bagged)

lol maybe. idk what my next truck will be. either another s10, maybe a ranger, tacoma, or a colorado. (the s10 replacement)
